ABACUS Small Grant Program for Teachers

The ABACUS Small Grant Program for Teachers provides small project grants to help teachers create learning experiences beyond regular classroom activities. Grants support enrichment experiences that encourage students to explore new ideas, develop skills, work collaboratively, and participate more actively in their school communities. Projects should align with ABACUS goals to support middle school years and the transition into high school.

$100 to $500 per project

Teachers from any of Hamilton’s publicly funded schools; projects must be for students in Grades 6, 7, 8 or students during their transition to Grade 9 and must align with the ABACUS program goal.
