Pennsylvania Apprenticeships on the Move Grant 2026: Apply for Up to $249,999 to Expand Workforce Apprenticeship Programs

The Apprenticeships on the Move: Advancing Pennsylvania’s Workforce Grant is a state-funded funding opportunity to develop or expand Registered Apprenticeship and Registered Pre-Apprenticeship programs in Pennsylvania. Eligible organisations may request up to $249,999 to support projects addressing employer workforce needs and creating sustainable pathways into skilled trades and related industries. The program focuses on sectors including agriculture, energy, life sciences, manufacturing, robotics and technology, education, healthcare, and skilled trades.

Approximately $4,000,000 total funding; eligible applicants may request up to $249,999 per application; funding is 100% state funded.

Eligible organizations may include businesses, community-based organizations, economic development organizations, industry associations, labor organizations, local education agencies, local workforce development boards, nonprofit organizations, postsecondary institutions, public libraries, and STEM ecosystems.
