Information

The Pre-doctoral Mobility (Master 2) scholarship is a collaborative initiative between the French Embassy in Malaysia and the French Government. It provides Malaysian students currently in their first year of master's studies (M1) with 12 months of financial support to pursue their M2 in France, with the aim of qualifying for a PhD program, preferably via cotutelle or co-direction with a Malaysian university.

Benefits

Monthly allowance, tuition coverage, social security, housing access (subject to availability), visa and application fee waivers.

Eligibility

Malaysian citizens under 28 years old by December 31, 2024, currently enrolled in an M1 program and planning to pursue M2 studies in France with the intent to obtain a PhD there.
