IPCC Workshops Seventh Assessment Cycle – Call for Nominations of Experts

The IPCC is calling for experts to participate in two co-located workshops in 2026: Engaging diverse knowledge systems and Methods of assessment. Participants will be selected to contribute expert knowledge across scientific, Indigenous, local, and practitioner perspectives to inform IPCC assessment processes. The workshops will focus on engagement of knowledge holders and on advancing assessment methods, with possible travel and subsistence support for participants.

Participation in IPCC workshops and potential travel/subsistence support

Nominations are welcome from knowledge holders, practitioners, and scientists with the relevant expertise across diverse knowledge systems.

Nominations are submitted through an online nomination process via ISC and IPCC channels (nomination form and CV required).
