Master's Scholarships at the University of Lausanne

The Master's Scholarships at the University of Lausanne (UNIL) are awards for outstanding international students who wish to undertake a Master's degree at UNIL. The scholarship provides a monthly allowance and exemption from regular tuition fees while requiring recipients to satisfy the chosen Master's admission conditions. Certain professional and medical Masters (specified exclusions) are not eligible for this scheme.

Monthly allowance of 1,600 CHF (paid ten months per year); exemption from regular tuition fees; financial support toward living costs.

International candidates holding a Bachelor's degree from a foreign institution with excellent academic results, who have not been previously enrolled at the University of Lausanne and who meet the admission conditions of the chosen Master's programme.

Verify eligibility with the UNIL admissions service; submit a completed scholarship application with certified diplomas, transcripts, CV and motivation letter before the deadline; files are evaluated by an academic committee and successful candidates are notified by the university.
