Eisenhower Global Scholars Program 2025-2026

The Eisenhower Global Scholars Program funds four American university graduates to study abroad for an academic year, pursuing a Master in Public Policy at Oxford and a Master in International Relations at IE University in Spain, with immersion in the EF global network of Fellows. The program includes postgraduate study and hands-on work experience, leading to two master’s degrees.

Masters degrees from Oxford and IE University; immersion in the EF global network of Fellows; potential travel and related experiences during the program.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents who have graduated from a four-year American university with a strong academic record and demonstrated leadership and public service commitment.
