USA Program

The USA Program selects 10–12 mid-career American leaders for a highly customized four- or five-week program of meetings with leaders and experts in one or two countries. Fellows develop a project, foster professional relationships, and launch collaborations with international peers and the Eisenhower Fellows network. The program includes both in-person and virtual meetings and results in lifetime membership in the EF global network. An Agriculture Fellow (an American farmer or rancher) is also regularly selected as part of the USA Program.
