Reckitt Nigeria 2026 Management Trainee Program (Trailblazers 5.0) for young Nigerian graduates

The Reckitt Nigeria Management Trainee Program is a competitive, accelerated development program for recent Nigerian graduates to experience end-to-end business processes through rotations across commercial and supply functions. Trainees work on business projects, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and build skills for leadership roles within a global organization. The program targets graduates with a strong academic record and validates readiness for a fast-paced corporate environment.

Rotational exposure across Commercial and Supply functions, hands-on projects, mentorship from business leaders, exposure to end-to-end business processes, and experience with major consumer brands.

Recent graduates (2022–2025) with any degree, minimum Upper Second Class Honours, and completion of NYSC by December 2026.
