Max Planck School Matter to Life Scholarship

The Max Planck School Matter to Life is a fully funded integrated master’s and PhD programme in Germany. It combines a two-year Master’s phase at Heidelberg University and the University of Göttingen with a subsequent three-year PhD phase, supported by a scholarship during the Master’s and a fully funded research employment contract during the PhD. The programme focuses on quantitative modelling of life processes and biological dynamics and invites applications from motivated students worldwide.

Monthly Master’s scholarship; health insurance support; fully funded PhD employment contract; no tuition fees during Master’s phase.

Eligible applicants have a relevant bachelor or bachelor-equivalent degree and may apply while or after completing their bachelor; applicants from all nationalities are welcome.
