Umholi we Africa Fellowship Cohort 5

The Umholi we Africa Fellowship is a fully funded 12-month leadership fellowship for young African professionals, focused on governance, policy making, and public service. Fellows are placed in strategic roles within government or public-sector institutions in their home countries and receive leadership development, mentorship, and practical policy experience.

Hands-on public-sector experience, leadership development, mentorship, coaching, and exposure to policymaking; placement in home-country institutions

Applicants must be African professionals who are graduates of either the African Leadership Academy (ALA) or the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, and are committed to public service and governance.
