MASDAR WiSER Pioneers Program 2027 for Women Sustainability Leaders

The MASDAR WiSER Pioneers Program 2027 is a year-long leadership program organized by Masdar through its Women in Sustainability, Environment and Renewable Energy initiative. It provides bespoke workshops, mentorship from international experts, and access to global networks, with participation in major events such as Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week. The program targets professional women and aims to develop leadership capacity in sustainability and climate action.

Year-long leadership and capacity-building workshops; mentorship from international sustainability and renewable energy experts; global networking opportunities; participation in Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week; attendance at the annual WiSER Forum; enhanced visibility within the global sustainability community; practical leadership skills for advancing careers in climate and clean energy.

Open to women aged 25–35 who are currently employed or self-employed, hold a university degree in a relevant field, and have at least two years of professional work experience; good English is required (Arabic is an advantage).
