Early Market Engagement for Rajasthan Urban Livability Improvement Investment Program

The Early Market Engagement (EME) is a one-session workshop to present the proposed Rajasthan Urban Livability Improvement Investment Program (RULIP), an ADB-supported urban infrastructure program. The program will support investments in wastewater management, urban mobility, flood management, heritage and tourism infrastructure, command and control systems, and industrial pollution management. The session seeks market feedback on procurement packaging, performance-based contracting, risk allocation, and implementation arrangements and aims to assess market readiness and bidder interest.

Presentation of upcoming investment opportunities under RULIP; introduction to the proposed performance-based implementation model; opportunity to provide market feedback on KPI design, risk allocation, payment mechanisms and contract structure; ability to assess market readiness and bidder interest.
