Early Market Engagement for Punjab Hill Torrents Management Project (PHTMP)

The Early Market Engagement for the Punjab Hill Torrents Management Project (PHTMP) is a stakeholder consultation session to inform contractors, suppliers, technology providers and consultants about ADB’s proposed PHTMP and to obtain early feedback prior to procurement. The project focuses on flood risk reduction, spate irrigation improvement, drainage rehabilitation, watershed management, ecosystem restoration, community infrastructure, and institutional strengthening in Rajanpur and Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. The session will assess market interest, capacity, delivery approaches, contract packaging and potential innovations for climate-resilient infrastructure.

International and domestic large-scale civil works contractors, domestic contractors with relevant civil works experience, specialized firms for spate irrigation and watershed works, suppliers and technology providers, and consulting firms with relevant experience. Open to BOF 2026 participants, particularly contractors and private-sector entities interested in ADB-financed irrigation projects.
