Vera List Center Fellowships 2025-2027

The Vera List Center Fellowships support the development and presentation of ambitious art and research projects by national and international early or mid-career artists, writers, scholars, and activists, especially those from underrepresented communities. Fellows work with the Vera List Center and The New School to develop a project that is presented through the Center’s programs and networks. The fellowship includes financial support and professional development resources, as well as a budget for travel, project production, and presentation.

Financial support ($25,000), travel and project budget, professional development, curatorial support, access to institutional resources and networks.

Journalists, scholars, activists, visual and performing artists, critics, public intellectuals, curators, and cultural practitioners working in any field where they engage art and politics are encouraged to apply.
