Skilling and Transitioning Youth into Global Business (GBS) Jobs Morocco (GBS SHIFT) is a five-year programme implemented by EFE-Maroc in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation that aims to enable youth to transition from skills training to sustained work in the Global Business Services sector. The programme aligns training to employer demand, strengthens pathways into employment, and supports long-term career progression. It aims to create 80,000 skilling opportunities and enable 60,000 dignified work opportunities, with at least 70 percent of them targeted to young women.
