Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) Program 2025

The Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) Program 2025 is an academic enrichment program for outstanding high school students from around the world. It offers two-week residential sessions at Yale University with interdisciplinary tracks and a global learning community. The program provides an international cohort experience and includes multiple sessions across June, July, and August 2025.

Participants gain two weeks of immersive interdisciplinary study at Yale, residential sessions, interaction with peers from around the world, and potential access to need-based financial aid and a certificate of participation.

Applicants must be 16-18 years old by July 20, 2025, be current high school students (sophomores or juniors), and be first-time participants in YYGS. They must participate in English and be eligible for the program's summer sessions.

Submit an application with activities, essays, responses, transcripts, recommendations, and an application fee; two rounds of decisions are expected (Early Action and Regular Decision).
