UNDP Project Manager Timor-Leste (IPSA-10) – 2026

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is inviting applications for a Project Manager position in Timor-Leste under a one-year International Personnel Services Agreement. The role focuses on managing the Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Skills (YEES) Project, including coordinating through government, private sector, and donor partnerships, and overseeing budgeting, monitoring, and reporting. Advanced university degree in a related field is required; bachelor's degree with additional experience may be considered. English fluency is required; knowledge of Korean, Tetum or Portuguese is advantageous.
