Green Transformation in Industry Program (1832) — 2026 Second Call

The 1832 Green Transformation in Industry Program supports private-sector R&D product or process development activities aimed at green transformation, coordinated by TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB as part of the World Bank-supported Turkey Green Industry Project. The call funds R&D projects in the TRL 3–9 range with mandatory scaling-up and an expected THS completion level of at least THS 7. Eligible projects should focus on technology validation and commercialization (prototyping, further development, testing) within topics such as climate change and biodiversity, clean and circular economy, clean energy supply, green agriculture, and sustainable smart transportation. Both SMEs and large-scale organizations may apply, including joint applications.

Partial grant funding for R&D projects (specified percentage support by company scale) and interest-free repayable support options subject to conditions and repayment terms.

Applications are open to SMEs and large-scale organisations; joint applications are possible. Applicant organisations must have at least one staff member with a bachelor's degree in a field related to the project topic.
