CEEPUS Short-Term Stay for University Staff

The CEEPUS Short-Term Stay for University Staff is a short mobility scholarship for non-academic university staff to undertake 2–5 workdays at a host institution in Slovakia within the CEEPUS network. The scholarship provides a daily rate to cover living costs during the stay and may allow for travel cost reimbursement subject to the National CEEPUS Office. Mobilities are primarily carried out through CEEPUS networks of cooperating higher education institutions; freemover applications are possible where networks do not exist.

Daily scholarship rate of 73 EUR to cover living costs during the 2–5 workday stay; possible travel cost reimbursement subject to NCO approval.

Only non-academic university staff involved in CEEPUS networks can apply for short-term university staff stays; applicants who are citizens of CEEPUS member states do not have to upload documents. Freemover teachers and applicants with non-CEEPUS citizenship require additional documentation (equal status document or letter of acceptance).

Applications submitted online at www.ceepus.info; for network mobilities the sending university coordinator nominates the application and NCOs and host coordinator approve in the CEEPUS system.
