Information

The Barr Fellowship supports a diverse group of civic leaders in Massachusetts through programming, leadership development, coaching, and a substantial grant to their organizations. It targets nonprofit leaders who are CEO, Executive Director, or Co-Director and resident in New England with work focused on Massachusetts. The program includes cohort-based learning, executive and organizational coaching, and ongoing alumni connections.

20+ hours of coaching (executive and organizational), continued engagement with the Barr Fellows Network, and cohort-based learning opportunities.

Eligibility

The applicant organization must be a nonprofit 501(c)3 public charity (or fiscally sponsored by one) serving Massachusetts, and the individual Fellow must be a CEO, Executive Director, or Co-Director with significant leadership experience in the sector.
