Cultural Work Trainee Program South Africa – Austria 2025

The Cultural Work Trainee Program South Africa – Austria 2025 offers six cultural workers/artists from South Africa internships for two months at a major art institution or project in Vienna, with personal mentoring provided by MuseumsQuartier and the program team. In addition to the internship, residents receive a studio flat in MuseumsQuartier Vienna and a monthly scholarship. Travel expenses are reimbursed, and the program supports participants to gain experience in leading art initiatives in Austria.

Young cultural workers from South Africa (max. 40 years old) who have completed a university degree or specialized education and have at least three years of work experience in the field.
