Eureka Globalstars Japan 2026 Call

The Eureka Globalstars Japan 2026 Call is an international industrial R&D funding call supporting collaborative projects aimed at developing an innovative product, process or service with commercialisation potential. Projects may cover a wide range of technology areas, excluding nuclear energy, drug development and regenerative medicine products, and with emphasis on quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics, semiconductors, electronics, energy and environment, biotechnology, advanced materials, medical devices, aerospace and other industrial technologies. Consortiums must include at least one company from Türkiye and one company from Japan, and applications from Türkiye are subject to TÜBİTAK 1509 national application requirements. The call is implemented with participation from 16 countries.

Projects must be submitted by a consortium including at least one company from Türkiye and one company from Japan. Applicants from Türkiye must be capital companies established in Türkiye. Organisations from other participating countries may join subject to meeting consortium requirements. Turkish participants must also submit national applications under the TÜBİTAK 1509 programme as described.

Two-stage application: Stage 1 submit a joint international application via the Eureka application platform; Stage 2 Turkish participants submit preliminary and then national applications through the TÜBİTAK 1509 application system as communicated by TÜBİTAK.
