Dynamic Futures Qatar Scholarship

The Dynamic Futures Qatar Scholarship, run by the Education Above All Foundation, supports non‑Qatari expatriate students resident in Qatar to pursue undergraduate study. It targets students enrolled in their first or second year of a bachelor's degree in fields aligned with Qatar's future labour market needs. The programme provides tuition coverage (full or partial), tailored financial assistance for the household, and personalised academic and professional support throughout the degree.

Young non‑Qatari expatriates legally resident in Qatar with a valid permit, aged 16 to 27, enrolled in first or second year of a bachelor's degree, having completed at least 8 years of schooling in Qatar, with total family income below 12,000 QAR and not receiving other financial educational support.

Monitor announcements during the autumn semester; submit the application dossier directly to the university; undergo financial assessment and final selection by the Foundation.
