African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) Internship Programme 2024

The African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) Internship Programme offers recent postgraduates a 3 to 6 month work placement intended to develop research, policy making, and capacity-building skills. The programme provides work-place experience, mentors, and professional networks, with interns contributing to AERC’s research and policy outreach agenda. A stipend is provided to eligible interns.

Applicants should be aged 30 or below, hold a master’s degree or equivalent, be applying within one year of obtaining the master's, be a Kenyan citizen or have work permission in Kenya, and have proficient English; French is an added advantage.
