Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Program 2025

The Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business is a free business education program designed to equip sole proprietors with the tools to grow their business. The program includes online learning and in-person components, covering topics such as pricing, marketing, operations, finances, and strategic planning, with access to mentors and a network of Black women entrepreneurs.

10-week online education program (free); in-person learning at Goldman Sachs headquarters in NYC (all expenses paid); access to a network of mentors and strategic advisors; development of a business action plan with feedback.

Business must be a sole proprietorship (no other full-time employees); Black women sole proprietorships are particularly encouraged to apply; minimum revenue of $25,000 in the past 12 months; revenue-generating business; operating for at least one year.
