Estonian state scholarship for students with disabilities

The Estonian state scholarship for students with disabilities provides financial support to higher-education students in Estonia who have an officially recognised disability. It offers a monthly allowance that varies according to the type and severity of the disability, and can be granted for full-time or part-time study. Support can be extended until the end of the academic year for full-time students and until the end of the semester for part-time students. Applications are submitted via an official electronic application system and processed within a specified review period.

Monthly stipend (60–510 EUR per month); duration aligned with enrollment (extendable to end of academic year for full-time students; to end of semester for part-time students).

Applicants must be Estonian citizens or residents with a valid residence permit, have an officially recognised moderate, severe or profound disability, and be enrolled in a higher-education institution in Estonia (full-time or part-time).

Submit required documents (proof of disability, proof of enrollment, completed application forms) via the official electronic application system; applications processed within 30 to 45 days.
