University of Glasgow / Glasgow International College University Degree Progression Scholarship

The University of Glasgow / Glasgow International College University Degree Progression Scholarship provides fee reduction support to international students progressing from the Glasgow International College foundation programme into a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of Glasgow. The award recognises academic excellence in the foundation certificate and is applied annually as a tuition fee reduction for eligible students. The reduction is maintained for up to three years of full-time study, subject to satisfactory academic progression and restrictions on combining with other institutional awards.

£5,000 per year reduction on tuition fees for up to three years of full-time undergraduate study; continuation contingent on satisfactory academic progression and limited compatibility with other institutional awards.

International students classed as self-funded who progress directly from Glasgow International College to a full-time undergraduate degree and who achieve excellent academic results in the foundation certificate; recipients may not combine this award with other University institutional scholarships.

No separate application; award is automatically applied on merit based on foundation certificate results and admission to an undergraduate degree; successful candidates are informed by the host institution.
