MOPGA Young Researchers Grant Program 2025

A research grant program funded by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) and implemented by Campus France. It offers scholarships for young researchers to carry out their research in France for 12 months, starting in September 2025, within specified thematic areas related to climate, environment and health.

Financial support for 12 months of research in France, health coverage, installation allowance, and ongoing health and repatriation support.

Researchers must have held a doctoral degree for less than 5 years on the date of submission, must hold foreign nationality, and must not have resided in France for more than 90 days between September 5, 2024 and December 5, 2024.
