Trainee Teacher National Programme (Moallim Mutadrib)

The Trainee Teacher National Programme is a one-year qualifying programme that prepares Kuwaiti university graduates with non-education degrees for work as school teachers. The programme combines theoretical preparation (45%) with supervised field training (55%) and requires achieving a minimum 75% success rate according to approved evaluation criteria. It targets specific subject specialisms based on school needs for the 2026/2027 academic year and leads to pedagogical and professional readiness for classroom work, without guaranteeing appointment.
