ARES Scholarships in Belgium for Developing Countries

The ARES Scholarships offer opportunities to pursue advanced bachelor’s or master’s degree programmes or continuing education courses in Belgium for students from developing countries. The scholarships cover tuition (for bachelor’s degrees and some master’s programs), international travel, living allowances, visa costs, insurance, and related expenses, for selected fields of study. Programs start in 2027, with an annual selection process and a deadline of 18 September 2026 for applications.

Eligible applicants are permanent residents who work in one of the 31 listed developing countries and who hold a graduate degree with admission requirements for the program; applicants must have at least two years of relevant professional experience and must apply for only one program.
