Walton College Fleischer Scholars Program

The Walton College Fleischer Scholars Program is a free six-day on-campus business program at the University of Arkansas for first-generation Arkansas high-school students who will be seniors in fall 2027. Participants explore business careers and entrepreneurship, practice communication, prepare for college, network, and visit local companies. The program is conducted in person at the Sam M. Walton College of Business in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with a defined application window and milestone dates for 2027.

Open to high-school students in Arkansas who are first-generation and will be seniors in fall 2027; selection considers graduation status, first-generation status, academic performance, leadership/community service and financial need.
