Eastern South Dakota Science and Engineering Fair

The Eastern South Dakota Science and Engineering Fair is a regional competition hosted by South Dakota State University's College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences. It is open to students in grades 6–12 who have completed a science or engineering project. The event takes place in Brookings and involves participating schools from multiple counties.
