Information

The Pulitzer Center Teacher Fellowship 2024 is a paid, virtual fellowship for classroom teachers (grades 4–12) in the United States and its territories. A cohort of up to 14 educators will participate in six workshops with award-winning journalists and the Pulitzer Center education team to explore global health stories and develop classroom activities that connect global issues to local communities. Fellows will publish a narrative blog post or a lesson plan detailing student learning and empowered action.

Eligibility

Open to all classroom teachers (grades four–12) working in public, charter, independent, and alternative schools in the United States and U.S. territories. Applicants must be currently teaching virtually or in person and plan to continue through the 2024–2025 school year.
