Future Skills für Schulen

Future Skills für Schulen is a two-year qualification and school development programme for school leadership teams and their teaching staff. Participating schools are accompanied through a transformation process and supported to implement a self-chosen school development project. The programme provides modules on thematic priorities, practical tools, decentralized individual process support and opportunities for exchange and networking. Its approach is based on design-based, participatory school development.

School leadership teams and teaching staff of schools that intend to undertake a comprehensive organisational development project toward embedding Future Skills in their school.
