Aspire Leaders Program 2026

Aspire Leaders Program 2026 is a free online leadership development journey facilitated by Aspire Institute for limited-income and first-generation university students and recent graduates worldwide. The program includes foundations of leadership, digital transformation, AI, community action, and masterclasses with educators from universities around the world.

Open to limited-income or first-generation university students and graduates worldwide; ages 18-29; currently enrolled in or graduated from a university program; must meet at least one criterion: come from a limited-income background or be first-generation to attend university.
