Grundschule voraus

Grundschule voraus is a one-year, part-time qualification programme designed to prepare primary school teachers for school leadership. The programme combines leadership training, network events and a practical school-based project and is accompanied by scientific evaluation. It is aimed at teachers with teaching experience and provides participants with structured support toward assuming leadership roles in primary schools.

Leadership training (academy days), participation in a professional network, support for and supervision of a school-based practice project, and a programme certificate.

Hamburg-based primary school teachers with at least five years of professional experience who can imagine taking on greater leadership responsibility.
