Programa Liderazgo Público Iberoamericano

The Programa Liderazgo Público Iberoamericano is an annual capacity-building visit programme aimed at strengthening institutional leadership in Ibero-America. It promotes exchange of experiences and good practices among public servants and senior public officials, focusing on public management, digitalisation of institutions and current trends in senior public administration. The programme seeks to foster networks between Latin America, Spain and Europe and to improve the quality and effectiveness of public policies and administration.

Exchange of experiences and good practices, training in public leadership and management, networking with peers from Latin America, Spain and Europe; exposure to instruments for institutional digitalisation and innovation.

Senior public officials occupying high-level positions in direction, management or advisory roles from presidential cabinets, ministerial departments, state secretariats, political directorates or public agencies in Latin America; also legislative figures and academics involved in relevant public agendas.
