Programa formativo sobre valores e instituciones democráticas para líderes de América Latina – Fase III (Programa Avanzado de Liderazgo en Madrid)

The Phase III: Advanced Leadership Programme in Madrid is the final, in-person stage of a multi-phase training programme on democratic values and institutions for leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean. It brings together a small, selected cohort for an intensive week of training, dialogue with public, private and civil society actors, and collaborative work to consolidate projects with potential social and institutional impact. The phase seeks to strengthen institutional leadership and foster networks of cooperation among regional leaders.

Intensive in-person training week in Madrid, encounters with public, private and civil society actors, specialist dialogue sessions, collaborative workspaces and networking opportunities to develop and mature impact projects.

Selected leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean, chosen for excellence, commitment to democratic values and capacity to generate transformation in their countries of origin. Participants progressed through prior phases of the programme (online Phase I and regional workshops Phase II).

Progressive selection across phases: initial open call, Phase I online formation, Phase II regional workshops, with a final selection of participants for Phase III in Madrid.
