Fulbright Schuman Awards

The Fulbright Schuman Awards are grants for study, research, or lecturing on topics related to the European Union, EU policies, and EU–U.S. relations. The programme offers two types of grants for American applicants, including the Fulbright‑Schuman Innovation Award and the Fulbright Schuman European Union Affairs Award. Projects and activities must relate to EU competencies rather than only countries of Europe. The programme is administered by the Fulbright Commission in Brussels and jointly financed by the U.S. Department of State and the Directorate‑General for Education and Culture of the European Commission.
