NRP 87 "Deglobalisation and Supply Chain Resilience" is a Swiss National Research Programme funding research on how deglobalisation dynamics and supply-chain disruptions reshape constraints, vulnerabilities and policy choices for Switzerland. The programme supports projects in two areas: the political and economic dynamics of deglobalisation, and the analysis of Switzerland’s supply-chain vulnerabilities and resilience capacities. Projects must involve relevant non-academic actors and contribute to analysis, resilience mechanisms and policy design. The programme has a total budget of 5 million Swiss francs and projects will run for 36 months.

Eligibility

Applicants must submit an expression of interest via the SNSF Portal; each project must include at least two non-academic actors. Projects should address the programme’s research areas concerning Switzerland’s deglobalisation and supply-chain resilience.
