Leadership di genere, per una leadership responsabile e inclusiva

Leadership di genere, per una leadership responsabile e inclusiva is a short training course on gender and responsible, inclusive leadership delivered at Università Bocconi in Milan. It is aimed at young women holding a specialist/magistral (Master's) degree and includes three days of classroom training delivered across multiple course cycles. Admission is by local Soroptimist Club selection and places are limited to the number of territorial Clubs.

Three days of in-person training at Università Bocconi (delivered in three course cycles).

Young women up to 28 years old in possession of a specialist/magistral (Master's) degree, with good knowledge of English, resident, domiciled or native of the territorial areas served by Soroptimist International d’Italia Clubs.

Complete the application form available on the promoters' website and submit it by 28 February 2021 to the local Soroptimist Club or to the address of the Club President corresponding to the applicant's residence or domicile.
