Bilateral Relations and Intercultural Dialogue for Growth and Empowerment (BRIDGE)

The Bilateral Relations and Intercultural Dialogue for Growth and Empowerment (BRIDGE) is a youth leadership exchange programme that brings together emerging leaders to deepen mutual understanding, foster collaboration, and build enduring friendships. Participants engage in cross-cultural conversations, learning journeys, capacity-building workshops and collaborative activities to develop inclusive leadership skills and co-create solutions for shared regional challenges. The inaugural edition (12–16 January 2026) focused on social cohesion in a multicultural society and involved 30 youth leaders from Singapore and Indonesia.

Cross-cultural learning journeys, capacity-building workshops, networking opportunities, and collaborative activities to develop inclusive leadership and intercultural communication skills.

Emerging youth leaders from Singapore and Indonesia. Participants are expected to be young leaders engaged in community or civic activities.
