Finding Your Leadership

Finding Your Leadership is a four-week online introductory course for people working in the cultural sector who want to develop their leadership skills and plan next steps. The course combines weekly written content, videos, reflective tasks and optional live facilitated group sessions, and includes a welcome meeting and two online learning review sessions. Participants receive learning materials, peer connection through an online community and a certificate of completion. The programme is designed to fit around day-to-day work and is suitable for both employed and freelance cultural sector workers.

Anyone working in the cultural sector including administrators, co-ordinators, artists, producers and creative practitioners; suitable for both employed and freelance workers. Not suitable for those who have completed a Clore Leadership residential or longer-term programme or significant previous leadership development with another provider.
