Brilliant Routes — Re-UP! Associates Programme

The Re-UP! Associates Programme is a cohort-based professional development programme for Global Majority cultural professionals to develop restorative facilitation practice. Participants take part in peer-led design and CPD sessions, test workshops and co-design new restorative care workshops. The programme includes in-person and online workshop delivery and membership of the Brilliant Routes network aimed at supporting progression and retention in the cultural sector.

Peer-led CPD and design sessions, test workshops, membership of the Brilliant Routes network, opportunities to share co-designed restorative care workshops, networking and restorative leadership practice development.

The programme is designed for people identifying as Global Majority cultural sector leaders; freelance cultural professionals may apply and may attend as many sessions as they are able.
