Inclusive Cultures

Inclusive Cultures is a four-month disabled-led professional development programme for cultural leaders focused on inclusive leadership practice and disability justice. The programme combines four morning seminars on research and practice with four afternoon small-group action learning and coaching sessions. It is led by disabled professional artists and coaches and emphasises lived experience of D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people and communities.

The programme is targeted at cultural leaders and is relevant to freelance artists; applicants must be available to attend all sessions. Support for access requirements is provided for participants offered a place.
