Talento Solidario

Talento Solidario is a two-year capacity-building programme for small and medium social organisations in Spain. Selected organisations receive training, mentoring and support to strengthen internal management areas (strategy, finance, operations, talent, communication and alliances), including a week of training at the Fundación Botín headquarters in Madrid. In its second year the programme offers co‑funded economic support to hire external professional services and, in exceptional cases, aid to recruit a strategic internal professional, and integrates participating organisations into a nationwide network of alumni.

Two-year programme of training and mentoring; one-week training at Fundación Botín in Madrid; mentoring to implement management improvements; co‑funded economic support for hiring external professional services; possible extraordinary aid for hiring a strategic internal professional; membership of the Talento Solidario network with access to activities and services.

Small and medium social organisations from all of Spain that wish to improve their internal efficiency may apply.

Submission of candidacies during the stated application period (10 December 2025 to 29 January 2026).
