McKinsey & Company Young Leaders Programme 2024 – Lagos

The Young Leaders Programme is a 1-year full-time consulting internship at McKinsey & Company in Lagos, designed for recent university graduates from different backgrounds who are interested in pursuing a career in consulting and working in Africa. Participants work in teams on client engagements, receive training and coaching, and may be offered a full-time business analyst role after the programme, subject to performance.
