IJP Ernst Cramer & Teddy Kollek Programme 2026

The IJP Ernst Cramer & Teddy Kollek Programme 2026 is a scholarship/fellowship for journalists. It supports a two-month stay in Israel for Israeli journalists and facilitates exchange with German colleagues, with participating countries expanding over time. The programme includes a one-time stipend and travel allowance, and requires a balance of participants from Israel and Germany.

Stipend of 5,000 euros, travel allowance of 1,000 euros, professional exchange opportunities with journalists from Germany and the Middle East.

Open to Israeli journalists aged 21-37 who work as regular employees, trainees or editors for Israeli or Arab media.
