Camargo Fellowship 2025-2026 for Artists, Scholars and Thinkers

The Camargo Fellowship is a residency program offering a 10-week residency in Cassis for artists, scholars and thinkers. A select number of fellows are chosen through an international review process, and the program provides a stipend and travel funding to support research, creation, and interdisciplinary work.

Eligibility covers three categories: Scholars in arts and humanities with focus on French/Francophone cultures or Mediterranean cross-cultural studies; Thinkers in cultural and creative fields; and Artists with a mature professional practice, including teams up to three people. Former Fellows may not apply until three years after their previous fellowship.
