The Estonian Scholarship Programme in Estonia 2026

The Estonian Scholarship Programme offers scholarships to foreign nationals for participation in summer schools, degree studies, exchange studies, and research grants at Estonian higher education institutions. It covers tuition fees, stipends, housing support, and related costs for eligible applicants from bilateral agreements. The programme supports foreign students and researchers to study, conduct research, or undertake short courses in Estonia.

Tuition coverage, monthly stipends, health insurance and residence permit support in some cases, accommodation support for short courses, access to archives and networks.
